" is really going to hurt ... hurt .. hurt ". Surely there will be world of hurt. Nonetheless, there are also those giggling in private (PC) celebration parties on how easy it was to pull out the 'catastrophe' tricks to coverup what really went wrong once the network is setup 'properly'. 'transparency' ? not a chance, or not the kind of transparency the country need.
