CC, my friend, I am not really arguing, you see, and not dishing trash.
I am asking a simple question. When does the patent expire? I'm willing
to do research. I am already "near" the stock market and do plenty of
research. Have done, and have bought cos which trade in places that aren't
called a "bulletin board". Yep, I'm not real confident about this stock, although
if it went to $1.00 I would be bullish. Is bearishness to be read as boorishness? Or am I just reflecting the
sentiments of anyone reading a thread with a whole lot of posts talking about
the stock market like it's a casino? To be sure, this is an interesting story. I have to admit though,
and I am no Puritan, that I see a company that is simply trying to cash in on
a technicality in the law. The only reason it stands to cash in big is that the companies
it is targeting are LARGE. I admit the research I do involves various
issues about the economy and the markets, and also how to pick solid growth stocks. No one ever taught me how to find the best 'lawsuit companies'. I guess I have a lot to learn about the 'scaring the pants off IBM' investing strategy. Well...now that that rant is finished people can read it next time they go delving into my posting history. |
