I am curious as to why no one addressed Tonto's question regarding why Morgan has not presented the MVPH certificate to the transfer agent for transfer out of the name of PRTI to RMCW. And the follow up question would have to be: If PRTI legally transferred the MVPH restricted stock certificate registered in its name to RMCW, and since a signed stock power is proof of ownership, why doesn't Morgan put the stock power signed by a a officer of PRTI on the internet? If they have it.....show us!
