It should be investigated. A Special Prosecutor should be appointed. What kills me is the (R)'s, who's clammy handprints are ALL OVER this torture stuff, somehow think their TORTURE was just fine, but somehow Pelosi's allegedly NOT OBJECTING to the TORTURE (which she wasn't supposed to talk about, national security) was some sort of a major crime!
