Have you ever heard of the Patagonian Rio Negro region in Argentina? Seems right up your alley....Bohemian, self sufficient sub-culture region...lots of societal dropouts who live happily within their means...Music and food are the staple...Mixed ethnic groups...Live and let live attitude
