Obama will MORE than deserve the political hit he will get from the Left over Gitmo. He promised many things when he didn't know, nor seemingly WANT to know, WHY things were done. I've always thought that something can be changed, BUT one has to know first WHY it was done one way, before it is changed.... Obama will come to realize that is a good rule, but it will be too late for him on this one. The hit will become even harder for him, when the American people get the news of how much a "new" prison will cost. All the special things that had to be done to Gitmo had to cost hundreds of millions of dollars, if not more. When people see their own pay checks and their retirement income dwindle, they will be furious to think that Gitmo was already a good place to keep the "worst of the worst" and we didn't have in incur new money other than Obama and the Left insisted we pay more money. Krauthammer: "I think the most likely outcome is they're going to end up in a prison in the United States in a remote place, and Obama is going to take a huge political hit over that."
