Don't get me wrong. As you suggest, there is plenty about which to legitimately criticize. And each point has been spammed over and over and over. When that fails, go for the irrelevant and even the mistake about preferred shares. Or perhaps suggest that sellers are lining up at .022 when the ask is much higher. Or perhaps suggest that an uplist would result in dilution, while a failure to uplist would result in selling.

Bottom line - cover all bases and don't allow any room for even a suggestion of a positive. It would ruin claims of 110% right in all calls.
