We have. Welfare benefits used to be much more geared to paying for women to have extra kids. Now they are not. So what do you want? You want your niece on the street with her kids? You want food stamps to disappear? Seems to me that just screws with the kids- who are innocent of their parents screw ups, and imo should not be starved or homeless because their parents are twits. So what does your solution look like, and how much harm are you willing to visit upon children?
