well, i did say the difference was slight! :)

i was thinking that if you're considering when a fetus becomes human, you are trying to make legal argument. i was only saying that the issue should never get that far. the government should be told to 'butt out' as it is really an issue of personal sovereignty, rather than a legality. the difference is so small though, that it could be considered nitpicking. (can you tell i hate big government?)
