You did not prove anything accept the AMD Complaint contained a statement put there by lawyer(s). A statement that was not verified with a penalty of perjury. The unverified Complaint mechanism was used so no one would have to testify what the basis was for the statement.

The use of an unverified Complaint is not unusual for a filing as lengthy and complex as the one for AMD but it means that no statements are little more than lawyer froth with lots of nasty adjectives. The AMD Complaint was more of a Press Release than a legal document and that is how it was used by AMD

If you want to prove something, show us a copy of an offer letter or a deposition transcript where the witness testifies under oath. The McGee report is first person hearsay but at least he obtained his information from a deposition transcript.
