Exactly. And it would be hard for anybody but a partisan hack to not explore a lot of it. Because it is all likely interconnected.

Well, the upside is that such an investigation would likely result in major changes in the way things are done. Greater transparency and accountability wouldn't be a bad thing. But there is a lot of puss and rot that would be exposed.
