First, it isn't clear that Pelosi did lie. In fact, there is some evidence that she might not have. Two, if that aide to Powell is telling the truth about torture being used to elicit confessions about an AQ-Saddam link, then that is something that definitely would land Cheney and likely Bush in hot water. Like World Court type of hot water.
