Nonsense. There is no such evidence. You have Obama's own CIA director saying he reviewed the CONTEMPORANEOUS records that support the claim that the briefing was factual. I don't think Panetta would be lying about the situation as he (a) is a Democrat and (b) knows these records could well come out.

Two, if that aide to Powell is telling the truth about torture being used to elicit confessions about an AQ-Saddam link, then that is something that definitely would land Cheney and likely Bush in hot water. Like World Court type of hot water.

You mean this report from a blog (just like the one claiming 183 waterboarding incidents that turned out to be not only wrong, but not even close).

There is really no chance this claim is true.
