You leave out the part where he said he couldn't vouch for the veracity of those records and said it was the job of Congress to determine what actually happened.

Which is the problem with quoting only part of the information.

No one claims he was lying. He parsed it very carefully. As he should.

What blog would that be? Are you claiming that Lawrence Wilkerson is lying? Based on what, exactly?

Spin, i-node. From the way waterboarding is consistently described, more than a single pour is never mentioned. So the original description of each pour being a waterboarding was logical. Only then do we find out that instead of lasting a few seconds to a minute or two tops, that waterboarding consists of multiple cases of a few seconds to a minute or two.

It was wrong only because they haven't been honest about what the procedure entails.
