diversification did not prove an apparently useful exercise last year, even though, in my view, diversification was helpful, because amongst the undiversify, few did as well as diversified

even though i welcome 'buying opportunities' in gold, i cannot say i enjoy the occasional moments when such be ;0/

just as i relish opportunities to buying real estate in hk, even as my stomach churns over.

speaking of which, the asking prices in hk real estate has recovered more rather than less to the high watermark.

what a strange depression we are having.

the biblical learning experience has not been nearly biblical enough, obviously ;0/

now we are back in the same situation as so few years ago, on valuation basis, all stuff and shares (PE basis) are pinned at the come hither high, and

interest on deposit at zero across all except aud currency.

the bear market really do mean to nastily destroy who cannot stand the suspense and wade into risk.
