I liked Rep. Rob Hamilton's point. Don't cry to us. Cry to the representatives who lard the budget with non-essentials. Somebody needs to slap some reality into these guys. Here's what you have to spend. Start funding your HIGHEST PRIORITIES FIRST. If there's anything left then you can toss in a few dog parks. Or not if there's nothing left.
