Hang Seng down another 1260 shortly after the open, about a 12% hit in a couple of minutes. Sports fans, you will be able to buy Dell cheaper tommorrow morning, in my opinion. Panic will be in the air in the AM. I think the circuit breakers are a bad idea, I think they could be hit again tommorrow and just make things worse.... John
