Hell, your (Great?) Grandpa kept his wife from voting too..

Actually, Wyoming (based upon my googling) was the first to grant women's suffrage, albeit while still a territory. And the US was among the early adopters of women's suffrage.

And just as you disdain the moral courage and enlightenment (however flawed in your eyes) of our founding fathers, you can rest assured that 200 years from now, our descendants will ridicule our own views as archaic.

I just wonder if all the thoughts we're conveying here today on this forum will still be available 200 years from now.
