Evidence: A report by a person who attended the hearing with Paul Ottelini and observed the proceeding. If you were not present at the hearing, you can ask one your fellow members on the AMD legal team who can confirm the report.

Let's take your claim at face value. My response: So?

Her leaving a meeting wouldn't necessarily mean ANYTHING. What was the meeting about? Was her presence required? Did she have more important things to attend to? Why doesn't Intel complain about this supposedly unfair treatment?

You cannot damn her without more than simply stating "she skipped out on the meetings." All I see is innuendo (from outuendo) against Kroes... The Intel folk have no problem convicting HER without evidence that comes anywhere near Elmer's standards.

And why would an AMD legal team necessarily be there? This case is between the EC and Intel.
