Don't you find it odd that Intel is unable to defend themselves against whatever the EC has against them without pulling in cherry-picked testimony from the US case?

One has to have the opportunity to defend themself before you can say they are unable.

You haven't seen a shred of evidence yet. In all the cases in multiple countries, Intel has never had the opportunity to present it's case in a court of law. No hostile witness has been cross examined under oath. No document has been subpoenaed by Intel and no witness has been called by Intel. Yet you are so sure of the facts that you have never seen.
