So which law are you goint to live by fpg? US law or EU law? do you want a menu driven law? do you want socialism or captialsm? You want EU law when it benefits your company?

If you are selling in the EU, you will abide by the law in the EU - or face sanction from the EU. If you don't like the way they do business, too bad. I'm not being facetious; Intel will either knuckle under because they still make a good chunk of change in Europe, or they will leave because conditions have deteriorated to the point where they make little or no money.
But you abide by the laws of the area in which you do business. Said law and due process may look very different than it does in the US.
