Panetta wasn't there. He's just trying to be a stand-up guy for his new CIA employees. The letter says what it says, and more than just "that blogger" have read it that way.

Now we have ex- Senator Graham's journal, stating that HE wasn't told either at the same time. He'd have had to have had precognition to know to LIE about that particular item, now wouldn't he?

CIA lie? You guys insisted the CIA was lying every time it contradicted the Bush admin. Claimed they were out to get Bush.
