I think that the rebate details are a figment of your imagination.

What rebate was Intel providing -- volume brackets, discount amount, processor type, time period for discount -- and how do you know the information.

You indicated your knowledge of Intel "rebates that were designed to exclude the competition" so you must know the rebate details for what Intel was providing. The information was certainly not reported in the published European Commission Ruling or anywhere else that I can find.
