Dilution is of real concern to an investor but me, I'm a trader that why I'm out of ISGI.
I do keep a close eye on detail fundementals to know the diffence between winners
and train dogs.

I was there on the first TWT speculation run up primarily to establish an exercise price
and for someone(VistaQuest) to dump some shares as I also did(nice ROI). If you
understand the game then you know there will be another run up on ISGI as soon as
the wheel barrel is full and and also a new group of people who got stuck on the high
side will be flocking to this thread. I really don't see any reason to get excited over Pain
Webber becoming a MM. MM are only interested in playing the spread game with
some unfortune investor that fall in love with every stock he/she purchase.

Market action on ISGI was no different than IDID, except ISGI was able to establish
better potential awareness to the public with borderline fundamentals. We still can't
even come to a conclusion on a book value for this stock because right now there is
none for the common shareholders. The "Goodwill" will be amortize as an expense and
will cut into earning just at those dividend you mention.

But hey I hate every stock I own anyway.
