I own both CSCO and COMS. I want to stay with networkers but I am thinking about selling my COMS for tax loss and putting the proceeds into CSCO. CSCO seems like the higher quality co of the two, but COMS PE and PEG is certainly looking good on a relative basis. What says the collective wisdom of this wisest of threads to this idea?
