Wow. What a well-reasoned, insightful and eloquent response. You must be a master debater. Just so I understand, you reject as false the concept that an entity with the ability and desire to enter the market for supply of a product should be allowed the chance to compete for business based solely on the merits of their offering? By your detailed refutation, I am left to assume that you consider the presence of any regulation to be a detriment to the operation of free market capitalism. By taking that argument a step further, the presence of any laws should also be considered a detriment to personal freedom. Perhaps you should move to Somalia.
