Sorry about attacking your Dr. P, but it is really bad for you, especially because it probably has high fructose corn syrup- which really is different from sugar. Not to say sugar is "good"- but it's metabolized in a safer way in the body. At least sugar will trigger feelings of fullness- HFCs won't. Weird crap- HFCs
