They are criticizing the methodology because we still haven't seen the specifics or the evidence(despite CJ's claims). You've just described pure argumentum ad ignorantiam, which would be reason enough to dismiss any such criticism. Yet all I have seen are arguments (those that manage to pierce the political smokescreen, anyways) that can be refuted simply by looking at the press release itself. You don't need to know the specifics to criticize a kangaroo court. Not having released the full text of the decision yet makes it a kangaroo court? Sorry, I don't follow your rationale. Explain it. Your personal impatience is not a solid platform to argue from. fpg
