My strategy is to look at collecting two dividend cycles and if the stock runs higher, then I will sell the Nov $10 call to further protect me on the downside. The company still carries a lot of debt which could force a dividend cut in the future.

Do you own any Integrys Energy Group, Inc. (TEG)? Their subsidiary, Wisconsin Public Service was also mentioned in the article. TEG pays a nice dividend too. The company announced earnings guidance for 2011 of between $2.80 and $3.20 per share and indicated that the Board had approved payment of the second quarter dividend at a rate of 68 cents per share. The dividend rate was increased to 68 cents per share in the first quarter 2009, marking the 51st consecutive year of increasing dividends and the 69th consecutive year of paying dividends.
