Gary Shapiro who wrote the article is the President & CEO of the Consumer Electronics Association. You can spit woof cookies all you want but CEA is not a captive of Intel. The CEA represents lots of OEM's who buy Intel processors and from AMD. It also represents retailers who sell computer products. I am not aware of a single OEM who has complained about receiving an Intel rebate. FYI, both AMD and Intel are members of the CEA.
