Did you manage to do it? I have decent trouble finding GM stock to borrow; thats why the prices go possibly un-arbed.

I see something other weird:

the GM stock future for June delivery is 0.95
the GM stock future for Sept delivery is 0.70

go figure; few days ago they traded as low as 0.25. Given these prices it makes sense to buy puts and sell calls then close the position with the future contract.
