Well, I have no friggen idea which is why we better starting figuring it out.

Let me help you then. Lay down the law with the N. Koreans and Iranian governments. Show no hesitancy, and build the biggest coalition you can, even if you have to buy them.

Additionally, address their people directly, circumventing the governments and explaining how seriously the entire world, not just the US, takes their nuclear ambitions and aggressive statements.

Then we make the economic and financial pain of continuing to pursue those nuclear weapons so contrary to their extortionist interests, while offering a true and genuine "carrot" of being embraced by the global political and economic order that cannot be ignored by their populations.

It might result in armed conflict, but if so, then so be it. Because the ultimate result of their obtaining nuclear weapons will be blackmail and regional aggression. That's just how they play political "poker".

And if military conflict results, then we use the greatest number of precision weapons to shut down their economy, military capacity, and political communications.
