As for paying for it - watch the losses soar at Obama Motors. The tax payer has billions to go in restructuring Obama Motors. You would have Chrysler and GM go out of business? With all the repercussions that entails? Can you say - the top 2% Obama mantra was a lie? On income taxes, no I can't. When we passed regulation on safety, like seat belts and air bags, who paid? Was it worth it?
