MB, thought there was an article on the Czech Republic Fund in Forbes or Barron's a while back- I think they were c. 50% cash, and thought that Czechlo. was way overpriced. Personally, I don't mind cash at a discount, but I'm nutty like that. Carl Icahn's American Real Estate Partners should now have something like $9 in cash and its selling right at $10. He's also got something like $6-7 in real estate per share, I think... BUT, you've also got Carl Icahn owning around 80%, and he's pretty shifty. Anyways, a buy? (I already bought, and plan to hold, but it ain't looking good right now). Note the numbers above on ACP are not at all reliable.
