I bought GM futures for 78 cents.

I can now short 1 call options for same delivery at 60 cents.

This gives me a GM stock at 18 cents!

I can close the position by buying a GM $1 put at 61c.

For a lot of 1000 shares (calls and futures) I incurred comissions of $9.10 or less than one cent a share.
