Yes "the fat cat investor" has more spare funds than "the average Joe".

But

1 - Not all investors are fat cats.

2 - Taking from someone doesn't become right just because the person your taking from is rich.

3 - Taking from the "fat cat investors", hurts the average Joe" when they invest less, or invest outside the country, or maybe just in industries that don't employee "average joes" who are associated with politically connected unions, or at least they demand a higher return in order to do so.
