I would never hike into bear country without my wife....grin

Once when camping in the Rockies, she kept waking me up telling that there was something mighty big walking around outside the tent. I remember telling her to wake me back up if it came inside....all I had at the time was a deadly bbq fork and a 1 in 3 chance it would eat someone else....slept like a baby till daylight.
