I agree that we all have our own biases. It also seems to me that we all seem to read and reference web sites that confirm our biases.

As far has comparisons of health care systems it is often difficult to get unbiased information to make comparisons. Even factual information is subject to spin and distortion.

WHO reports seem to be mostly factual and their policies seem to be based on science. Why do you think that they are biased? What reason would they have to be biased? Other than being biased against disease and poor health.
