I wonder why Cheney continues to get the attention. Obama needs to shut him up by agreeing to either an independent prosecutor or the Truth Commission. He is trying to avoid the distraction of an enquiry, but if Cneye is hell bent on disruption then order him to testify under oath and torture him mentally during the questioning.
