I am really, really disappointed that Cheney and/or Bush didn't give this kind of speech when they had power. They blew it by not sharing information about the results of water boarding with the American people. Not doing so only fueled hateful speculation regarding their intentions. Expecting Obama to release what Cheney wants him to release is bordering on naive.
