Hello Spotted, I guess in your case I would go with the 18%. If you have more of those gems I would take the 12-18% but I do not because I could not retire on my nest egg with 18% yield on the whole thing at this point. I had no idea that you could get so much yield, safely. I was thinking more of a safe 5-7% when you lead me into my new investing era at some point in the future. Has RIC just began to run or will it stop here or go to 6-7 bucks I wish I knew. It seem to be in an uptrend. Tom
