Indeed Cheney did! The Left has successfully demonized him, but really, today's speech confirmed in my mind again, what a wonderful statesman Cheney is....This country is fortunate indeed to have someone like him. Compare any of our recent Vice Presidents, and they are like pale pretenders. He is smart, wise, and a genuine leader. I'd love to live long enough to read the secret papers of 9-11, and all the events that we lived through, but didn't know the depth of the danger. Cheney and GWB lived through everything with only the thoughts for the safety of the citizens of this country.
