OK Bob, I'll ask now... can you give more details on this?

I'll also say this (MY opinion of course): The $120 million IPO money will go to FNET (NOT FTEL)... FTEL will retain 60% ownership of FNET... they don't get the money directly --- BUT FTEL will supply the equipment for FNET ... SO the money will come to FTEL indirectly.

Is that clear as mud?
