Bill you may be right, I am lokking to see the EC Index tommorow PM. It is my gues that this will be the turning point for a reflex rally, wich will last 2 to 3 day and then down we go but at a slower pace.

I will not be surprised if UK and the US will lower interest rates. As things are going now, I mean the speed and the panic in the SE Asia, if the acceleration of the slide will stay the same, the US will have a big problem on their hands.

The important thing to remember is not that markets droped 25% to 35% but that they accelerate at a rate of 7 to 12% A DAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS to the downside.

This ACCELERATION will pose great strains on the global Banking system, including the US banking system which ultimately may treaten the US security.

It is nothing wrong if there is a orderly slide of 3% to 5% a month, derivates can be adjusted etc.

A real panic will result in a run on the banks, sorry if I sound so gloom and doom, but that's a real threath to the health of the Global Economies, and nobody will be wiling to even tinker with this posibility.

Let's see what tommorow will bring.

BTW Jimmy Rogers is on CNBC

Happy Trading
Haim
