The patent was taken out in the mid eighties and has a validity
for 17 years. You could find out the exact details by browsing one
of the web sites suggested by myself or Angelique in recent posts.
They are quite helpful and informative, as are the majority of the
posts on this thread.

No one resents negative statements about the stock and I'm sure that
we would all agree that open debate is a healthy exercise to be engaged
in. But, if you do have a contrarian view to the majority of people
on this thread, at least have the sense to substantiate your statements
with something a little more concrete than just trashing the stock with a
few one-liners. I'd like to hear your analysis as to why the e-data
lawsuits will fail, especially if you have some legal background.

If an individual appears out of nowhere and starts talking up or
down the stock, I think that it is reasonable for others to have a look
at their background in order to help gauge the weight they will lend to
their statements. I've been honest about my background and experience
(or lack thereof), but I can't help but feel cynical about someone who
uses a pseudonym and refuses to make their e-mail address known. I'm
afraid that I can't lend you much credence and be assured that this will
be the last time I waste my time and effort on replying to you, unless
you take a somewhat more mature and constructive approach to participating
in this thread.
