CNBC commentator says GSK ($181 mln), SNY ($191 mln), NVS ($289 mln) to get $661 mln of $1 bln in development funds. Says additional $150 mln will be split among NVS, SNY, GSK and AZN to develop test lots for vaccine. Says HHS is in negotiations with three other companies to split the remainder.
