<California is toast.> Could you please inform my mother? She's convinced that real estate has bottomed down there, and "coastal" San Diego is never going to come down. It's not like I'm telling her to wait ten years or anything. Just give it a couple years, for crying out loud. California is a train wreck in progress. It's just that the last few cars of the train haven't jumped off the track yet. BC
