Plants make their toxins for self defence. Be careful how you play with them, you might live to regret it.

Being blase with chemicals in general might seem clever and cool, but if you don't know the shape of their toxicity graphs, you had better have a good rule of thumb for exposure to them.

Plants are out to kill you unless you are their friend [fruit trees for example]. Chemical merchants are indifferent to you. Caveat emptor.
