John, the market ignored the good BROC news and it took its licks along with everything else today. It will come back strong based on its improving fundamentals sooner (if the market recovers)in anticipation of earnings or later (if the market goes bear) based on the fact of its earnings.

I was prepared to buy more BROC this morning but instead used the money to short other stocks. Ideally for me both the new shorts and BROC will decline and I will then get more shares when I eventually cover and then buy BROC.

I think the market completely overshadowed BROC (all stocks in fact)today. BROC will get a second chance to show off its new stuff at the November 7 investor meeting. Hopefully the market will be climbing by then and be more receptive. The NetGain demo is really impressive, Siebel has nothing like it.
