Actually, my thoughts are mixed on the estate tax. I want an pretty steep estate tax on amounts inherited above a defined amount, like $5 million indexed to inflation. I don't care about lotteries, but I do think they contribute to Americans keeping alive the dream of money for nothing. Malpractice awards are a safeguard to the health industry, so I am for it. I don't agree with Bush's tort reform laws.
